The customer is responsible for up-front payment of the entire consultation package (6 or 12 sessions total) to be paid in advance of the first session.
Continuous/After Care sessions must be paid in advance on a per-session basis.
The initial introductory session is free.
The customer is responsible for scheduling and attending all pre-planned (online) sessions. No-shows/missed appointments will not be reimbursed.
The customer may re-schedule or cancel a session up to 24 hours in advance via the website appointment scheduler. Sessions may not be re-scheduled less than 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment.
